Citi Countdown: ‘Akwaaba’ rules Citi FM’s top 10 Ghanaian songs

Ten Ghanaian songs which gained more airplay and prominence in the Ghanaian music space during the week have been aired on Citi FM’s late afternoon show, ‘Traffic Avenue.’

‘Akwaaba’ by Pappy Kojo, Mr. Eazi , Patapaa and Guilty Beatz topped the chart, followed by Stonebwoy’s ‘Bawasaba’ with Adwen Fi by DJ Vyrusky taking the third spot.

M.anifest’s ‘Don’t Follow Me’ and Coded’s ‘Loyalty’ were the discoveries for the week while Nigerian artiste Davido’s ‘Assurance’ was selected as World Music Hit for the week.

(7) E Dey Pain Dem – Coded

(8) Anthem – Kwasi Arthur

(9). Money – Captain Planet ft. Trigmatic

(10). I don’t know – MzVee

Citi Countdown hosted by Jessica Opare Saforo and Sandister Tei features on the drive time show at 4 pm every Friday on 97.3 Citi FM.
