We promise to improve upon our service delivery and humbly appeal to the general public, most importantly our clients and customers to continue patronising our products and services that have been offered over the last 21 years and counting.”

The officer, Lance Corporal Frederick Amanor, who assaulted Patience Osafo has been arrested and arraigned.

Frederick Amanor assaulted her for refusing to leave the banking hall of Midland Savings and Loans with her grandchild.

He pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault at an Accra Circuit Court.

This is despite him being captured on tape assaulting a woman at the banking hall of Midland Savings and Loans.
