The year’s edition of Chale Wote was themed ‘Para-other’.
‘Para-other’ is basically representing our evolution beyond the dialectic of belonging and non-belonging.
It is a rejection of citizenship that has no place for the advancement of radical imagination, new perspectives of the self and human agency evolution beyond.
This year’s Chale Wote had various interesting art display and possession with the usual huge crowd.
Some of the activities that featured on the street art festival included; Film labs, Film screening, Masquarde jam, vocal poetry, live drawing workshop and many other activities.
