Dalex Finance, a non-bank financial institution has rewarded over 50 of its employees who distinguished themselves in their respective roles in the Southern sector of the country.

The ceremony, dubbed: Annual Dalex Finance Games and Awards Ceremony saw over 1,500 staff of the company converge on the campus of the University of Ghana in Accra.
Some of the awards include, a one-week all-expense paid trip to Dubai for eight employees, television sets, phones, honour badges, cash prizes among others.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Executive officer of Dalex Finance, Ken Thompson, said recognition of workers’ efforts is imperative to maximize output.
“This is the fourth time we are rewarding our staff with spectacular prizes and it gives us pleasure that for many of our staff coming from the rural and peri-urban areas, we provide them with this amazing opportunity to travel out of the country.
“It is a culture of Dalex, and we will continue to explore innovative means of incentivizing our workforce” he said.
1,000 new employees
The company also revealed at the ceremony that an additional one thousand people have been employed within the past one year as the result of the growth of the company’s business.
This brings the staff strength of the company to about four thousand.
