Broadband Infrastructure company, MainOne, reinforced its position as West Africa’s leading connectivity and communications solutions provider, as it carted away awards for Best Internet Service simultaneously in Ghana and Nigeria.
The company beat competition from MTN, Comsys, Vodafone, Internet Solutions and RedMango to win Ghana’s ‘Enterprise Solutions Provider of the year (2018) Award, hosted by MOBEX Innovation Awards.
The Company had in the same week clinched Nigeria’s Internet Service Provider of the Year (Enterprise) Award at the Nigeria Tech Innovation &Telecoms Awards(NTITA) 2018, hosted by the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON).
Expressing delight at the awards, the company’s Regional Executive, Kazeem Oladepo, relayed the company’s appreciation to the organizers of the MOBEX Innovation Award in Accra and its teeming customers in Ghana and Nigeria for their support and recognition.
In his remarks, he observed that “receiving two distinct awards from different organizations in one of the Company’s key service focus areas truly demonstrates the Company’s leadership position and the impact of its innovative solutions and services in both Nigeria and Ghana.”
He pledged the Company’s continued commitment to strategic investments in network infrastructure and services to deepen access to broadband connectivity and best-in-class communications solution and services to hasten the ongoing digital evolution across the West Africa region.
MainOne was also nominated in NTITA Award Ceremony in the categories; Cloud Service Provider of the Year; Telecom Infrastructure Company of the Year, Data Centre Provider of the Year and Customer Experience Award (ICT), while it was a 1st place runner up in Ghana in the Telecom Support Services (Infrastructure) category.
