Managing partner of Elite Thai Massage and Spa, Salomey Darko Bruku, has advised persons with busy schedules to adopt healthy stress relief practices in order to enhance their health.
She also entreated persons with busy schedules to pay a critical attention to their health whilst advising Ghanaians to adopt the practice of inculcating stress relief practices such as massage and water therapy in their routine plans as she says it helps in blood circulation and calms nerves.
“Once you run a very busy schedule, then add it as part of your busy schedule so that you also allot a bit of time to take care of yourself”.
Miss Salomey Darko Bruku further advised Ghanaians to desist from the practice of making persons without professional expertise in health to massage them.
According to her, such practices can create complications if not done properly.
Speaking at the launch of Thai Massage and Spa, a new ultramodern wellness facility in Kumasi, Miss Salomey Darko-Bruku advised all persons to include stress relief practices in their weekly or monthly plans to help them live healthy lifestyles.
She said there is a need to release stress by not necessarily relying on traditional medicine but to use natural therapy to calm nerves.
She further indicated that persons with chronic diseases such as insomnia and constipation should take advantage of massage and water therapy to calm nerves for the human system to work correctly.
“When you have chronic diseases, such as insomnia and constipation, you need a massage or even the water therapy to calm your nerves for your system to work properly. It also helps your blood circulation as well”, she indicated.
