Highlife musician, K.K Kabobo wowed hundreds of patrons who thronged the National Theatre on Saturday for Citi FM’s Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) concert.
He put up a spectacular performance for the night.
Patrons could not also hide their excitement as they danced to the great tunes performed by Kabobo.
Best of his hit songs such as Onyame, Sua Bonefakye, My Sweetheart, ‘Atenmuda’ and others performed with the Nkyinkyim band were at the centre of the unforgettable event.
Other artistes whose performances rocked the show were Kofi B, Adane Best, Cina Soul, Kwan Pa, Kwabena Kwabena, Bessa Simon and Amanzeba.
MOGO forms part of activities to mark Citi FM’s Heritage Month which is held in the month of March every year to celebrate Ghana’s culture, heritage and to promote tourism.
The event was preceded by the road trip known as Heritage Caravan, Accra Music Expo which also came off last Saturday at the forecourt of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly where indigenous Ga music was celebrated.
