Palmwine highlife music group, Kwan Pa, treated listeners of Citi FM to some great highlife music on the Citi Breakfast Show on Friday, March 1, 2019.
They performed live in the studio during the launch of the 2019 edition of Heritage Month, a programme commemorated every year in March to celebrate Ghana’s culture, heritage and to promote tourism.
Kwan Pa band who will be launching their maiden album ‘Tu Wo Ho Fo’ on March 9, 2019 thrilled listeners of Citi FM to renditions of popular Ghanaian music, ranging from traditional to contemporary Ghanaian music.
Kwan Pa has been billed to perform at this year’s Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) on March 23, 2019, alongside KK Kabobo, Kwabena Kwabena, Cina Soul, Akwaboah, among others.

The On-Air Series comprise educative and revealing interviews, features, and documentaries on topics bordering on Ghana’s history and culture.
This will be aired every weekday on the Citi Breakfast Show on Citi 97.3FM throughout the month.
Resource persons, mostly statesmen, anthropologists, older folks, among others, will share and discuss these topics.
The Heritage Caravan is a special road trip of the country within seven days.
This captivating experience takes patrons to peculiar heritage and tourist sites across the country.
This year the Heritage Caravan starts on 2nd March, 2019 and ends on 9th March, 2019.
On March 16, 2019 there shall be a Ga Music Concert at the forecourt of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
The Accra Music Expo is a special event focused on celebrating and promoting indigenous Ga music.
This year’s programme features Ga music ensemble Dromo Naa, Afro-soul artiste Cina Soul, ‘Gyata Bi’ singer Adane Best, among others.
