OKS Medical Consult on Easter Monday joined the staff of Citi FM/Citi TV to celebrate the day with children of the Handivangelism Orphanage at Haatso, Accra.
OKS offered free health screening to the scores of children at the orphanage.
Staff of Citi FM/Citi TV spend every Easter Monday with kids at some three orphanages in the country including Handivangelism.
CEO of OKS Medical Consult, Dr. Ohene Sarfo led the team of medical practitioners on the day for the health screening.
Cash amounts and assorted items were also presented to the Handivangelism orphanage as well as others including the Baptist School Complex (BASCO), an orphanage at Trotor, near Suhum in the Eastern Region and Mama Laadi Orphanage at Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.
The Easter Orphan Project is part of Citi FM’s corporate social responsibility.
Citi FM has been supporting a number of orphanages and community homes for many years now.
Among the generous donors who contributed to the 2019 Citi FM Easter Orphan Project this year include Voltic Ghana Limited, Kasapreko company limited, Nukat Farms, Saps School Limited, Pharmanova Ghana Ltd, Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana and Forewin Ghana Limited.
Others include Nkulenu Industry Limited, Coca- Cola Bottling Company Limited, Neufty Event Management Company, Freight Consult, patrons of the 2019 edition of Citi FM’s Heritage Caravan, Kantanka Automobile Company Limited, Fanmilk, OKS Medical Consult, Blue Skies, Eximbank Ghana, Ernest Chemist Ltd among others.
