A policy think tank, The Danquah Institute in collaboration with Citi FM/Citi TV will hold a forum on the state of the country’s formal and informal economy in Accra.
The forum has been scheduled for 10th May 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ridge in Accra.
The event is on the theme; Bridging the gap between the formal and informal economy, the role of the domestic revenue mobilisation in an era of Ghana beyond aid.
The special guest speaker is the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta.
The chairperson of the forum is Professor Sister Eugenia Amporfu, an Associate Professor in Economics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)
West Africa, Regional CEO for United Bank of Africa, Mrs. Abiola Bawuah, Commissioner of Customs Division, Isaac Crentsil, Ghana Revenue Authority Commissioner-General Emmanuel Kofi Nti.
The Moderator for the event is the host of the Citi FM Breakfast Show and The Point of View on Citi TV, Mr. Bernard Avle.
