The Citi Business Festival flagship Sales Revolution came to an end today, Friday, at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel with participants equipped to help drive sales in the respective organization.
The two-day programme trained over 100 sales personnel and executives on some of the emerging trends of closing sales deals and ultimately enforcing the position of the sales team as the engine room of an organization.
Facilitators for the event were Maxwell Dodd, CEO of Econet media and Mawuli Ocloo, Managing Consultant at Salesmark Services Limited.
Some of the key topics covered by the training programme included: “digital and Social Selling”, “Handling Objections and Closing the Sale”, as well as “How to Influence Buyers to Make Positive Decisions that Increase Your Sales” and “Prospecting for Sales or New Business in a Competitive Environment.”
The Citi Business Festival continues with the on-air series as well as other outdoor events lined-up for the rest of the month of June.
