Junior High School students across the country are being given the opportunity to compete in Citi FM’sThe Literacy Challenge.
The Literacy Challenge seeks to engage students in solving societal issues through writing to improve their skills for a grand prize of GHC10,000.
The Literacy Challenge team on Tuesday interacted with students of Englebert School and Vine Christian School on the competitive Challenge and how to part take.
The team also encouraged the students to take their studies seriously.
The topic for this year is, in recent times; Indiscipline on our roads has led to the loss of many lives, in light of this write an essay suggesting ways to solve this problem in order to help Ghana’s economy grow and develop.
The deadline for submission of entries is July 31, 2019.
The team have so far been to Kay Billie Klaer International School located in East Legon, Alpha Beta Educational Centre in Dansoman, the Christ The King International School, the Grace Preparatory school and the Victory Presby School.

Scripts must not be less than 600 words long. Scripts must be handwritten and endorsed by a parent or guardian.
