After weeks of going through rehearsals and other activities, contestants of Citi TV’s music talent discovery show, Voice Factory, are ready to prove to the world what they are worth.
The first performance episode of the competition will be aired live at 7 pm tonight on Citi TV.
Contestants of the show have assured viewers of spectacular performances tonight.
They will start their live studio performances of the competition tomorrow (July 13, 2019).
The show will air on Citi TV at 7 pm and on Citi 97.3 FM.
The contestants are Samuel Adjasoo, Genevieve Antwi-Nuamah, Cleck Boyson, Sandra Ntiful Idara and Kenny Kings.
The rest are Franklina Konadu, Ababio Joana, Stephen Baiden-Worgloh, Deborah Aflapkui and Charisma Logo.
The 10 selected singers will battle it out for the top spot, in live performance shows in a period of 13 weeks.
The judges for the competition are also ready to assess the performances of the contestants and ultimately decide who wins.
The contestants will be taken through voice training and other grooming tasks that will harness their musicianship.
The 4th edition of the competition which was previously aired on Citi 97.3 FM is meant to unearth music talents and put them in the limelight.
The programme which started in 2009 has had artists like Fritz Hehetror, Melody Wilson, Natasha Odoi emerging as winners.
‘Voice Factory’ will be aired on Citi TV on Saturdays at 7 pm with daily updates at 12 pm.
The show will be compered by Osei Kwame, co-host of Citi FM’s late afternoon drive, Traffic Avenue and AJ Sarpong, host of Brunch in the Citi on Citi FM and Hall of Fame on Citi TV.
