Ayjay Sam to release his first single after Voice Factory

Ayjay Sam, the first runner-up of Citi TV’s Voice Factory’ has disclosed that he is getting ready to release a song this week.

He told AJ Sarpong in an interview on Citi FM’s ‘Brunch in the Citi’ that the song is ready for the market.

“This week one of my singles will be ready so we are looking forward to pushing that,” he said.

He added that he would also be releasing short videos of music covers

Ayjay Sam, come second at the grand finale of the contest which took place at the Fantasy Dome in Accra.

Born Samuel Adjasoo, Ayjay Sam is the Assistant Sound Engineer at the Black Busters Family Media.

Voice Factory, which started in 2009 has had artistes like Fritz Hehetror, Melody Wilson, Natasha Odoi emerging as winners.

This year’s edition selected 10 contestants in the persons of Red’M, Idara, KennieKings, Charisma, Araba, Ayjay Sam, Cleck Boyson, Lina, Oye and Debbie.

After going through grooming and other seven weeks of performance episodes, the number was sifted to the four.

Voice Factory was hosted by AJ Sarpong, host of Brunch in the Citi on Citi FM and Hall of Fame on Citi TV and Osei Kwame, co-host of Citi FM’s late afternoon drive, Traffic Avenue.
