Mr. Eric Amofa, a parliamentary aspirant on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Asante Akyem South constituency has donated 20 sets of medical glasses to the Optometry Department of the Juaso Municipal Government Hospital.
The glasses are to be given to the aged men and women who visit the Optometry Department.
According to the parliamentary aspirant, through his Canopy Foundation, he has also procured “various medical equipment from the United Kingdom which will hit the shores of Ghana very soon”.
This equipment, he says, will be distributed to all health facilities in the Asante Akyem South Constituency.

Dr. Agyekum also prayed for the safe arrival of the medical equipment from the UK. He said that the entire staff and patients of their facility will forever be grateful to Mr. Amofa and his Canopy Foundation for the various interventions they have outlined for them.
