The Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting that was held to discuss the dispute surrounding the compilation of the new voters’ register ended in a stalemate.
It appears former President Rawlings’ admonishing for the parties to go into the discussions without any entrenched positions has not been heeded. The parties left the meeting still holding on to their respective positions prior to the meeting.
