Seeking to respond to the needs of the poor and vulnerable in Tema West where The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited (TCCBCGL) is situated, the company has donated food items including bags of rice, oil, tomato paste, canned fish, and assorted beverages worth tens of thousands of Ghana cedis to the community.

Presenting the items, Mr. Bethel Yeboah, Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) Manager of TCCBCGL, remarked that the company recognizes the dire economic impact of COVID-19 particularly on the poor and vulnerable in these challenging times.

“We are aware of the hardship COVID-19 has brought to the poor and disadvantaged, and so in such critical times, it is important that we offer our support to the needy”, Mr. Yeboah added.

Receiving the items on behalf of the community, representatives from both the offices of the Member of Parliament for Tema West and the Tema West Municipal Assembly thanked TCCBCGL for the immense support given and assured the company of the items reaching the beneficiaries.
