Leading luxurious 4-star hotel, Tang Palace Hotel has marked its 5th Anniversary celebration with an assurance to remain committed in enhancing its facilities and services for guest/customer satisfaction as it forges ahead.
Addressing a stakeholder engagement to mark the anniversary, the General Manager, Mr. Sajid Ali Khan described the 5 years journey as an exciting one with lots of successes chalked over these few years. He thanked the hotel’s owners, management, staff, clients and the general public for their continuous support and loyalty.
He observed Ghana’s hospitality industry as a competitive one but was delighted to share that just over 5 years the Tang Palace Hotel has stayed relevant and has contributed immensely towards promoting the industry.
Giving an update on the hotel’s Covid-19 safety protocols, Mr. Khan informed that although the hotel industry was one of the worst-hit during the crisis, Tang Palace Hotel is poised to resume full operations very soon as the situation normalizes.
He said the hotel will continue to support its staff during this period, adding that about 70 pioneer employees will be given long Service award in recognition of their loyal service
He assured that the hotel will continue to collaborate with the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) and the Ghana Hotels Association (GHA) to ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Established in August 2015, Tang Palace Hotel has chalked significant successes in the hospitality industry in Ghana. It was recently adjudged Ghana’s Luxury Airport Hotel of the Year in the World Luxury Hotel Awards (2019).
The hotel has also won numerous local industry recognitions including 4-star Hotel of the Year at the National Tourism Awards 2018 and Outstanding Customer Service Award at the Ghana Business Standards Awards (2019).
