As part of efforts to aid businesses thrive in times of crisis and be sustainable in the long-term, Hofstede Insights and the Growth Hub Ghana have launched a partnership to align culture with strategy in a corporate environment.
According to them, this partnership will also enable these organizations achieve their goals, as the disruption of most activities by the novel coronavirus pandemic globally, has caused some businesses to overhaul their operations altogether, while others have been compelled to fold up.
Speaking at the launch, lead consultant for Growth Hub Ghana, Lovelace Agyei Arku, highlighted the need businesses to regularly review their models to meet the changing trends.
“It is very important and critical to us as a wholly owned Ghanaian company into consultancy and working with people. Now, the opportunity to get anybody to understand people means that the key resource in any organization is being honest and being used right. So, we are very passionate about aligning the cultures of every organization to the strategy.
You will find out that the impact of COVID-19 has changed the way a lot of companies are working now. Some were ready because they were very agile and flexible in the way they deal with their people and the culture. Others found it very difficult because they didn’t have any technological background to communicate. This is the gap we intend to fill,” she said.
The Growth Hub was established in 2020 to provide the needed skills for effective sales and leadership drive in the banking, financial and small scale enterprise sectors.
