One of the aspirants in the race for the National Youth Organizer position of the governing New Patriotic Party, Prince Gumah, has labeled himself a ‘ promise keeper’ as he takes his campaign to the doorsteps of delegates.
According to him, his promises as an aspirant will be executed when he is voted to lead the youth front of the party.
He made these remarks after he honoured the request by the elders of Effiduase Bomeng for assistance to clear their cemetery.
“During my participation in the Ashanti Regional Delegates Conference, I visited elders of the Effiduase Bomeng in the Ashanti Region to discuss the upcoming national election of the New Patriotic Party and to inform them about my intention to serve the youth of the party as National Youth Organiser when the time comes.”
“The elders in their response welcomed the idea and pledged their support for my bid in serving the youth of the NPP and used the opportunity to appeal for support in clearing the community’s cemetery.”
“I promised the elders I will ensure their request was honored. I can confidently say that pledge has been fulfilled and the cemetery has been cleared of unwanted weeds” Prince Gumah said
He also used the opportunity to call on delegates and party functionaries to work tirelessly towards breaking the eight.
