The National Identification Authority has opened another premium registration centre in Accra.
This brings to three the number of premium registration centres opened in the country to facilitate the registration for the Ghana Card.
The new centre is located on the premises of the Head office of CAL Bank on the Independence Avenue.
The premium registration centre offers fast-tracked Ghana card registration process at a cost of GH¢250.
The services at all other registration centres are free.
A notice from the National Identification Authority’s client services unit said, appoints must be booked prior to vising the premium centres.
“Applicants who wish to patronize the Premium Service are to go to our website www.nia.gov.gh book an appointment using the online registration portal, make payments via all mobile money platforms and proceed to a Premium Centre of choice. The Premium Service attracts an approved fee of GHC 250,” the notice said.
