The Paramount Chief of Ejisu, Nana Afrane Okese, has boldly predicted a triumphant victory for Alan Kwadwo Kyeremateng as the forthcoming flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Amidst an atmosphere charged with political anticipation, Nana Afrane Okese the fourth voiced his prediction with conviction. Speaking before a gathering of community leaders and supporters, the paramount chief declared that Alan Kyeremateng’s journey to the flagbearer position was not just a possibility but an inevitable outcome.

Nana Afrane Okese’s proclamation resounded like a rallying cry as he confidently stated, “Alan will win, you can challenge me.”

The paramount chief’s assertion carried with it an air of authority, backed by his position and his deep-rooted understanding of the political landscape.

The Ejisuhene, known for his astute leadership and his deep connection to the community, articulated his support for Alan Kyeremateng with fervour. He emphasized the qualities that he believed made Kyeremateng a formidable contender for the party’s flagbearer position – experience, vision, and an undeniable commitment to the betterment of the nation.

The Omanhene also invoked the spirit of the legendary female warrior, Yaa Asantewaa, the late brave queen mother of Ejisu, to support the bid of Hon Kyerematen who is a son of the land.

“He is my son and the gods and spirit of the legendary Yaa Asantewaa are behind you”, Ejisumanhene told Alan Kyerematen.

The late Yaa Asantewaa, the female warrior and queen mother of Ejisu is revered for her bravery in standing up to the British invasion of the Ashanti Kingdom in 1901.

Invoking her spirit in support of the choice of the man popularly called Alan Cash, is a massive boost to him and an encouragement to forge ahead with determined vigour for victory.

The NPP holds its super delegates conference on Saturday, 26th August to sieve to five of the 10 contesting delegates, for the major showdown on 4th November when the about 300,000 delegates of the party meet to choose their flagbearer for the party for the 2024 elections.

Hon Kyerematen is tipped by many to win both the NPP primaries and the 2024 presidential elections.
