According to him the project that was originally expected to be completed within 24 months, was done in a record 12 months, a feat he attributes to the group CEO Yaw Afrifa’s “diligence and professionalism”.
Speaking at the launch of Ebellas Residences, the Executive Director of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association, (GREDA) Samuel Amegayibor commended developers of Ebellas Homes for a great work done and for the effective utilization of space.
Mr. Amegayibor explained that after an assessment of the property, there were no structural defects after which he commended Locus Estate for their attention to details.
