Monrovia witnessed a week of supernatural visitation as Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills arrived for 5 nights of crusades and 3 days of pastors’ conferences for the first Healing Jesus Campaign in Liberia in over a decade. Each session was power-packed, to say the least.
The crowd grew night after night as the Evangelist ministered and led thousands to Christ. The most striking feature of this particular campaign – which had not been seen to this magnitude in any previous campaign – was the long queues spanning the entire length of the stadium, with people waiting in line for hands to be laid on them each night.
Of course, this was not surprising, considering the multitudes that shared testimonies of how they had received their healing; you would certainly not want to miss those anointed hands being laid upon you, nor the prayers that made manifest the miracle-working power of God.
Among these wonderful testimonies were stories of tumours disappearing, the blind receiving their sight, the lame walking, deliverance from demons, and heart conditions totally healed.
For a country that is still recovering from war and human wickedness of every kind, indeed, the Word of God is the best comfort and source of hope for the people of Monrovia.
Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills was also honored to pay a courtesy visit to the Liberian President, Joseph Boakai, who agreed that the Evangelist’s visit to the country, bringing spiritual good, is much needed and most welcome.
Five days of power and the presence of God concluded beautifully, with more than a hundred thousand decisions made for Jesus Christ.
