NIA announces new fees for registration services effective May 1

The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced an upward adjustment to its fees for registration services.

The revision of the fees, according to the authority, aligns with the provisions of the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provision Regulations, 2023, (L.I. 2481), and is set to be implemented starting Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Citizens seeking to obtain national identification cards (Ghana cards) or update their information are hereby advised to take note of the impending changes.
