SeamlessHR, Africa’s leading HR and payroll technology company, has reiterated its commitment to empowering Nigerian financial institutions to optimise their workforce productivity and performance in challenging economic times through cutting-edge technology solutions.

The African SaaS giant made this statement on Monday, April 24th during an engagement session with industry leaders across the banking and financial services industry in response to the changing economic landscape and operating environment for businesses across West Africa.

“Our objective at SeamlessHR is to enable African businesses to become more productive and achieve success,” stated Dr. Emmanuel Okeleji, CEO of SeamlessHR. “The recent high inflation rates and local currency volatility against the US dollar, which has led to disruptions in supply chains, reduced trade and a decline in economic activity, compels the need for innovative technology solutions that reduce the cost of doing business.

During periods of economic instability, establishing a resilient workforce is crucial. Our software is specifically designed to equip financial institutions with the necessary tools and resources to navigate challenges of workforce management and productivity.”

According to the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank Group a key strategy for addressing fragility and building resilience in Africa is embracing technological solutions.

SeamlessHR has developed innovative technology solutions that have assisted financial institutions across the continent in optimising their resources and enhancing talent management. With modules, including leave, payroll, management and performance management, effectively streamline workforce organisation, resulting in increased productivity. Consequently, management teams can redirect time and resources towards strategic initiatives, ultimately enhancing business efficiency.

Leading institutions such as FCMB, Sterling Bank, Union Bank, Wema Bank, and Coronation Bank, among others have also utilised the organisation’s solutions, with some being recognised as the best workplaces on the continent. SeamlessHR’s comprehensive suite of HR solutions plays a vital role in automating HR processes, reducing administrative burdens, and optimising resource allocation for organisations across Africa.
