The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has unveiled its schedule for the upcoming internal elections.
The election process is set to kick off on July 24 and wrap up on August 24, 2024.
In a press conference held at the party’s headquarters, the Congress Committee Chairman, Nana Mireku Tumi, revealed that the nomination period for the National Flagbearership election will open on July 24, 2024, to August 20, 2024.
Furthermore, he mentioned that the vetting process for flagbearer candidates is slated for August 6, 2024, through August 7, 2024.
The campaign season is scheduled to commence on August 9, 2024, and conclude on August 23, 2024, with the elections themselves taking place on August 24, 2024.
