Minister Ike returns with another smash-hit single ‘IKEMMUO’

After a string of chart-topping hits that solidified his reputation as a “Ghanaian gospel sensation,” Minister Ike is back with another smash-hit single – IKEMMUO

“IKEMMUO” literally translated from Igbo, a Nigerian language with a significant presence in Ghana, meant “God Of Power.”

Unravelling the inspiration behind the song, Minister Ike tells GhanaWeekend:” I want to tell those who have given up in life that we serve a God of power. He has all the power to transform every situation engineer Jewel Nartey.”

The song crooned in mid-tempo Highlife vein was engineered by Jewel Nartey, known for his expertise in crafting crisp and impactful soundscapes,

With a catchy title, a powerful meaning, and a trusted producer behind the scenes, IKEMMUO had all the makings of another Minister Ike smash.

Minister Ike, shot to fame after releasing his song ‘Onyme Gya’ in 2015. The song which was the title of his second album won the Canada-based Ghanaian Gospel artiste over 15 international awards.
