Okyeame Kwame’s “No Competition” featured in UniMAC End-of-Semester exams

Hiplife legend Okyeame Kwame’s hit music video for “No Competition,” featuring Kuami Eugene, has received notable academic recognition as it was featured in the end-of-semester exams at the University of Media Arts and Communication-Institute of Journalism (UniMAC).

The video also served as part of the study material for the African Anthropology class this semester, highlighting its role in showcasing African cultural values in the global era.

Students from the African Anthropology class were tasked with analyzing the music video to explore how it reflects and preserves African heritage amidst modern influences.

This academic integration underscores Okyeame Kwame’s significant impact on contemporary media and cultural education.

The celebrated wordsmith took to social media to share his excitement about being part of the academic curriculum.

In the post,  the rap legend praised UniMAC for incorporating his work into their studies, celebrating the opportunity to contribute to cultural education through his artistry.
