The Sales Manager of Eden Heights Sports Complex, Regina Ofih, has highlighted the significance of the Citi Business Olympics in fostering high-level networking opportunities among corporate organisations in Ghana.
During an interview on Channel One TV’s Breakfast Daily, on Friday, September 27, Mrs Ofih emphasised the value of the event in bringing together professionals from diverse corporate backgrounds for meaningful social networking.
She noted that the event has provided opportunities for Eden Heights to meet its target marketers.
She stated, “I must say that Citi Business Olympics is one of the programmes that we look forward to because a lot of these corporate organisations fall within our target market so it’s an opportunity that is bringing them closer to us, so when they arrive they get to see the development, they get to feel the development.”
“In marketing that is like using one stone to kill several birds. so that’s a good one for us, it’s been very impactful. We love to host it, we love to have CBO and the participants because they fall within the target market and they allow us to engage them, to interact and to open them up to all offers that we have available.”
The Citi Business Olympics, the biggest corporate sports gathering in the country, will take place on Saturday, September 28 at the Eden Heights Sports Complex in Weija, Greater Accra.
The event will feature various sporting disciplines, including 7-aside football, basketball, sack race, volleyball, tug of war, and arm wrestling. Participants from different institutions will come together to compete and socialize.
A CEO’s Challenge will also be held, where CEOs from participating companies will compete against each other.
The event aims to bring together business owners, staff, and professionals with diverse backgrounds to socialize and network through sports.
A fair playing field will be provided for businesses and companies to showcase their sporting prowess, build camaraderie, and have fun.
