Hollard Ghana, as part of its three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), has successfully hosted this year’s mentorship programme.
The event, titled “A Better Future: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders,” aimed to equip young professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the corporate world.
Stephen Atuah Oppong, a Supply Chain Expert, shared his insights on “How I Prepared for My Future as a Young Person.”
He emphasised the importance of developing critical skills and strategies to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
Mr. Oppong encouraged students to be proactive in enhancing their abilities and to embrace continuous learning as they transition into the dynamic professional environment.
Ms. Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo, Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Hollard Ghana, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to nurturing and guiding young talent for a brighter future.
