Starting today, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) has launched an online platform for voters to verify their details on the provisional register ahead of the 2024 General Elections.

This digital exhibition will run until Saturday, October 19, 2024.

To access the online exhibition, voters are encouraged to use the free shortcode *71151# or visit the EC’s official website, where they can verify their registration information by entering their 10-digit Voter ID.

Any discrepancies found can be reported to the District Office where voters are registered, but corrections can only be made during this exhibition period.

The EC emphasised that while online verification will be possible after the exhibition period ends, corrections will no longer be available.

This initiative is part of the Commission’s broader efforts to ensure an accurate and clean voter roll ahead of the final compilation for the elections.
