The Tsadidi Street Art Festival returns for its third edition, celebrating art, culture and tourism from Friday, November 1st to Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.

The festival, named after the Ewe word for “tourism,” is set to take place in Keta (Fort Prinzenstein) during the Hogbetsotso Festival.

Founded by Ghanaian visual storyteller GlennSamm, the festival will showcase the rich heritage of the Volta Region under the theme “Cultural Experiment.”

The event kicks off on Friday, November 1st, with an educational talk for visual arts students in Keta and Anloga, followed by storytelling and a bonfire night.

On Saturday, November 2nd, there will be an Art Procession through Keta township featuring traditional attire which climaxes with art installations, graffiti, and cultural performances.

The festival wraps up on Sunday, November 3rd, with a Beach Barbecue featuring music, food, and drinks from the region.
