Ghana’s Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, has endorsed her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as the ideal candidate to lead the country through its current challenges.

Speaking in an interview with GTV, Samira Bawumia highlighted Dr Bawumia’s leadership qualities and vision, emphasizing his ability to transform the nation’s fortunes during these critical times.

According to her, a vote for Dr Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 general election is a vote for hope and progress,” she stated.

She urged Ghanaians to support Dr Bawumia’s bid, stressing that his experience and track record positions him as the most capable leader to address the nation’s pressing issues and steer it toward sustainable development.

“In the last eight years, we have worked hard to serve the people of this country and to solve problems, and there is a lot more to be done. And I want you to trust His Excellency Dr Mahamudu Bawumia with the mantle.

“He is an honest man, he is a hard-working man, he is an intelligent man who will bring bold solutions for this country. And I know that with his leadership, this country will move leaps and bounds.”
