Trasacco Properties Ltd and Micheletti & Co. Ltd have entered into a construction agreement to begin the first phase of Akaya by Trasacco, an exclusive, master-planned estate in Pantang that aims to redefine urban living in Ghana.

This landmark project, starting with Phase 1, will focus on building 74 homes, setting a new benchmark for modern housing.

Akaya has been designed to provide the convenience and seclusion of a managed residential estate with exceptional master planning and unparallelled amenities and landscaping providing an exclusive and safe family environment.

At the heart of the estate is a large central green park housing the clubhouse and the amenities. Townhomes benefit from 50% more garden space than the competition, promoting an expansive and serene living environment for families to enjoy.

Akaya offers two bedroom apartments or three and four bedroom townhomes with an interplay of modern design and finishes, contemporary facades, private gardens or roof terraces and a vibrant street outlook. Prices start from US $185,500 and homes will be completed from February 2026.

“We’re excited to start construction on a project that represents a new standard in modern living in Accra,” said Ernest Taricone, Managing Director of Trasacco Properties Ltd. “This estate embodies our vision of offering MORE than you imagined, from world-class design and craftsmanship to a seamless living experience.”

To provide further peace of mind, homeownership will be backed by a construction-linked payment plan, where buyers make progress payments against set construction milestones.

Akaya is a development by Trasacco Properties a subsidiary of the Trasacco Group which was founded over 50 years ago and today operates in various key sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, construction and real estate.

The group has been developing and operating real estate ventures in Ghana for over 30 years and is responsible for many of the country’s most prominent landmark commercial and residential developments.
