International real estate company VAAL Real Estate has launched an ultra-modern artificial intelligence (AI) housing project in Ghana, named Villanova, aimed at setting a new standard in luxury living.

Inspired by Spanish heritage, Villanova seamlessly blends sophistication with contemporary luxury, offering three to four-bedroom villas starting at GH¢10 million, located near Jubilee House in Accra.

At a plush ceremony to unveil the housing project on November 1, 2024, at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra, the Group CEO of VAAL Abdulmajeed Saadetin, expressed enthusiasm for the project, adding, “With every new project, VAAL renews its promise of excellence. Our commitment to high design standards and timely delivery is unmatched.”

He emphasized that with over 20 years of international experience and a proven track record in Ghana, the company is dedicated to elevating living standards for its residents.

For his part, the Greater Accra Regional Minister Titus-Glover remarked, “This townhouse project by VAAL Real Estate represents the kind of impactful collaboration that aligns with our vision, ensuring every citizen has access to a safe, comfortable, and affordable place to live.”

He reiterated the project’s commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 11, which aims to create inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities.

Turkish Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Huseyin Gungor, underscored the importance of the project in providing sophisticated accommodation for Ghanaian customers.

Established in 2017, VAAL Real Estate boasts over 20 years of international experience in Egypt, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. With operations in Kenya, Ghana, Turkey, and Uganda, the company is recognized for its modern architecture and innovative approach.
