The Data Link Institute of Business and Technology has announced plans to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and entrepreneurship into its academic curiculum.
The move is to equip students of the institution with the skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving technological and entrepreneurial landscape.
This was announced at the institute’s Founder’s 15th Graduation Ceremony Speech at the Tema Joint Church on Friday December 27, 2024.
The event was under the theme “Bridging Innovation and Impact: Educating the Next Generation of Technological Entrepreneurs”.
Founder of DLIBT, Ernest Ansah PhD, in his report reaffirmed his commitment to fostering creativity, problem-solving and innovation for transformative growth.
“We are taking bold steps by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) with entrepreneurship into our academic and administrative frameworks. This combination will change teaching and learning, allowing us to foster creativity, problem-solving, and innovations that align with the needs of the 21st century.”
This integration he believes will reshape learning experience, ensure students gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial strategies.
The initiative is part of the institute’s broader goal to position itself as a leader in innovative education and produce graduates capable of driving technological and economic development.
“To our new alumni class of 2024, this 15th graduation ceremony is not only a day of joy but also a moment of reflection, gratitude, and vision for the future. Today, you join the proud lineage of Data Link alumni who are making a difference in their communities and professions”, he told the fresh graduates.
Overall best student who doubled as the Best female student, Monica Serwah Wiredu [BSC Information Communication Technology], in her valedictory speech empowered her colleagues to drive change and excel in their professional journeys.
“The various degrees into which you were admitted into today, should serve as a stepping stone for greater laurels tomorrow. You now have the opportunity to demonstrate to the world that you are capable of contributing to the greater benefit of the humankind.”

We have received education, we have been fortified, organised and inspired to go out there and drive change that will increase the corporate margins of our relevant organisations.”
