The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has promised to deliver a transformative and inclusive government if he is voted into office as president.
Addressing supporters at the party’s final rally ahead of the December 7 elections, Mahama assured voters of his commitment to rebuilding the nation and restoring trust in leadership.
According to him, there is no need to fight for political power if it will not be used for the benefit of the nation.
“I want to remind you once again that there is no use fighting for political power if we would come and commit the same atrocities they have inflicted on the people of Ghana these last 8 years. Ghanaians will put their trust in us, but we must prove ourselves worthy of that trust. The change starts with you! And I promise you, we will work together.”
“December 7 is just two days away. I encourage you to vote for John Mahama, and I will make you all proud of the Ghana we will build together,” he stated.
