Prophet Frank Gogo, popularly known as EKATSO, from Sokode Gbogame, claims to have intercepted a consignment of food items allegedly intended for Tsito Senior High Technical School (SHS).
According to Prophet Gogo, the food items, including boxes of tomato paste and other supplies, were offloaded from a Tsito SHS-branded bus and transferred into a taxi.
In a video shared online, the prophet is seen questioning the taxi driver, who admitted to being hired to transport the items.
This incident follows President John Dramani Mahama’s directive to redistribute food supplies originally procured for drought relief to senior high schools across the country.
The initiative, according to the President, aims to address food shortages in secondary institutions.
The intercepted items have raised concerns about the potential misuse of the redistributed food supplies. Authorities are yet to comment on the matter.
“The school transport bus came to offload the goods here for this taxi driver to load. This is happening in Sokode Gbogame right away. And with this, you will be blaming the government for not being good while our own people are killing us. The bus just left here,” Gogo said.
