The National Communications Authority Staff Association (NCASA) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Rev. Ing. Edmund Yirenkyi Fianko on his appointment as the Acting Director-General of the National Communications Authority (NCA).
President John Dramani Mahama made the appointment, which was officially announced on the NCA’s Facebook page on Friday, January 24.
