Stan Xoese Dogbe, Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) at the Presidency, has strongly refuted any association with Samuel Tetteh, an alleged fraudster accused of using Dogbe’s name to solicit contracts for printing and framing portraits of the president.
In a notice issued on Tuesday, January 28, Dogbe revealed that Tetteh has been visiting various ministries, departments, and agencies, falsely claiming to represent him in a bid to secure contracts.
He further urged the public to remain vigilant and report any encounters with Tetteh to the nearest police station or directly to him.

[PUBLIC NOTICE]
My attention has been drawn to a fraudster, by the name of Samuel Tetteh, roaming various ministries, departments and agencies, using my name to demand contracts for the printing and framing of the president’s portrait.
I have reported to the security agencies for his immediate arrest. Meanwhile, should he appear in your office, kindly alert me or the nearest police station immediately.
