The ALP International Practice Group (ALPi) has reaffirmed its dedication to promoting and advancing the objectives of the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA).
During a presser in Accra on Friday January 31, ALPi highlighted its role as a knowledge resource and trade practice, emphasising its commitment to the vision that inspired the group’s inception.
The press conference aimed to update the market on ALPi’s activities over the past year and inform the public about the product roll-out plans for the coming year.
The group showcased the professional services it offers, disseminated information about its African footprint, and highlighted its ongoing expansion within Africa.
This year, ALPi intends to extend its reach to lusophone and francophone countries.
ALPi’s continued commitment to the AfCFTA goals underscores its role in supporting the continent’s economic integration and growth. The group’s efforts to build capacity, share knowledge, and provide expert advisory services contribute significantly to advancing the AfCFTA’s objectives.
A member of the group Badejo-Okusanya noted that “Our integrated approach combines deep local knowledge with global expertise, enabling us to serve clients seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions.”
Another key member of the Group, Uyiekpen Giwa-Osagie, underscored ALPi’s role in facilitating infrastructure connectivity across Africa.
