The Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, is leading Ghana’s delegation to the Osaka World Expo 2025 in Japan, where the country is set to showcase its economic potential and cultural heritage to the global community.

The Minister will on behalf of the President of the Republic, John Dramani Mahama, deliver an address at the “Ghana Day Event” on Thursday 11th September 2025, hold the business forum and engage in bilateral meetings.

The Ghana Pavilion will present visitors with a taste of the country’s hospitality, traditional heritage, and a wide range of investment opportunities across critical sectors.

Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare is participating in the Expo alongside the Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, Samuel Nartey George, the Deputy Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Sampson Ahi, who is also Ghana’s Commissioner General and other senior officials of State agencies as Ghana works to attract global investment and deepen international partnerships.

The government officials are expected to use the Osaka World Expo to showcase the country’s economic potential, highlight opportunities in trade, agribusiness, and digital innovation and position Ghana as a competitive destination for investors.
