Adamus Resources Pty (Adamus Australia) has categorically denied claims that it has transferred its 90% shares in Adamus Ghana to Nguvu Mining Limited.
This follows a statement by the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources dated Thursday 27, June 2024, which alleged that records at the Minerals Commission show Nguvu Mining Limited holds 90% shares in Adamus Resources Limited, with the government holding the remaining 10%.
Adamus Resources has described the Ministry’s claims as “unfortunate” and made in “utter bad faith”.
The company maintains that it has not sold or transferred its 90% shares in Adamus Ghana to Nguvu Mining Limited.
Adamus Australia is calling for a thorough and fair investigation into the matter to determine how the ownership of the 90% shares allegedly changed hands.
The company has also expressed its commitment to pursuing justice through the court process.
