There was heavy security at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital morgue on Monday as relatives of persons who died in the Dagomba Line clashes last week arrived to take the bodies for burial.
Three people, who were all head potters died in the clashes following a land dispute.
Two of the three bodies which were deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital morgue have been released to the family for burial according to Islamic customs.
The other person is said to have died at Kintampo.
The leadership of the two factions in the Dagomba Line clashes have since committed to peace.
They signed a peace accord during a meeting with the Asokore Mampong Municipal Chief Executive over the weekend.
The factions have indicated their resolve to peacefully coexist and end the clashes that have left three persons dead with several others injured.
The meeting which was held on Saturday night was part of series of meetings the MCE has held with both factions as a way of finding a lasting solution to the disturbances that started as a result of a dispute over some land.
The clashes which started last week Tuesday were re-ignited on Thursday leading to the destruction of properties after several structures were set ablaze.
120 people were arrested and subsequently processed for court. They were remanded in police custody.
Police and military personnel are still patrolling the troubled suburb of the Asokore Mampong Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
