Citi FM will tonight through singing and poetry recitals raise funds for the Citi Foundation.
The fundraising event dubbed “The Colours of Christmas” is, however, for Citi FM’s annual charity project dubbed ‘Help A Christmas Child‘ initiative on Boxing Day.
Expected to be a great evening experience with lots of other exciting activities to show love for a good cause, the event which is strictly by invitation will come off at the Fiesta Royale Hotel at 5pm.
Also in attendance is the harmonious Citi Choir to entertain guests and treat them to melodious Christmas carols.
This year, the Burns and Reconstructive Unit at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital will be the beneficiary of the station’s charity support’.
Besides spending the day with the kids to make merry, the station has something up its sleeves to make the day extra special.
Aside from bringing warmth to the patients in the unit, the station also hopes to renovate one of the wards at the Centre.
The outstanding bills of discharged patients will also be paid.
