The National Democratic Congress’ parliamentary candidate for Wa West, Peter Lanchene Toobu will be in the next Parliament of Ghana.
This is because he has been successful in the December 7 polls.

His opponent, Dari Daniel Kuusongno of the New Patriotic Party, on the other hand, obtained 13,143 votes from the 40,829 total votes cast.
