The Government of the Republic of Korea has donated 63,000 PCR Diagnostic test kits and more than 160,000 items to Ghana.
The donation was made through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Over 160,000 items have also been donated to support Ghana’s vaccine deployment.
The Ministry of Information said, “the gesture forms part of a USD748,000.00 grant arrangement signed between KOICA and MoH on 16 June 2021.”
The items include automated syringes, swabs and stools, safety boxes and vaccine carriers.
