A private legal practitioner and a former District Chief Executive for Kade, George Agyeman Duah, is disappointed at the Member of Parliament for Kade for breaking traffic regulations.
The MP, Kwabena Ohemeng-Tinyase, was captured on video in a heated exchange with some police officers after his driver was arrested for flouting road traffic regulations as part of Citi TV’s War Against Indiscipline campaign.

The former Kade DCE says the MP’s conduct is disappointing considering that for two years, his constituents have not heard him speak in Parliament.
“It’s unnecessary, untoward and unjustified. He makes the same laws. If he wanted to get to his destination on time, he could have left home 6:00am to meet the Speaker [of Parliament]. In any case, we haven’t seen or heard him on the Floor [of Parliament]…so it is the first time I am hearing him.”
The MP, who was being chauffeured in the V8, went berserk after his driver was arrested, challenging police officers and throwing tantrums.
His driver has also been charged by the Abeka Motor Court for driving against traffic, driving on the wrong side of the road, causing harm to other road users as well as careless and inconsiderate driving.
He openly admitted to giving his driver the instructions to drive recklessly because he was late for a parliamentary duty.
In what may be described as the most dramatic exercise on the Legon bypass on Tuesday, Kwabena Ohemeng Tinyaase challenged the police for arresting his driver and seizing his license.
The incensed lawmaker was upset that he was arrested by law enforcers while on his way to make laws.
