Citi FM’s annual ‘Help A Christmas Child’ initiative will spend 2019’s Boxing Day with patients in the Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Centre of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
The station will organise a party for the patients in the unit who will spend Christmas in the hospital.
Aside from bringing warmth to the patients in the unit, the station also hopes to renovate one of the wards at the Centre.
To support the station in this quest, Citi FM is soliciting monetary support via mobile money to 0550 900 006.
Cheques can also be written in the name of the: ‘THE CITI FM FOUNDATION‘ to support the initiative.
Alternatively, persons wishing to support the initiative can bring cash donations to the front desk of Citi FM, located behind the Adabraka Police Station.

‘Help A Christmas Child’ initiative put smiles on the faces of children at Samsam Odumase near Amasaman in the Greater Accra Region on Boxing Day in 2018.
The station in the past has extended the gesture to Adamrobe, Manchie and Korleman as well as Sota and Abonya in 2017, 2016 and 2015 respectively.
